I heard Lilly was practicing all of her "looks" on Mike.
They also had a lot of fun looking at the cows, horses, and donkey over the fence. Lilly has been "moo"ing and "neigh"ing ever since. Today she was being impatient and I told her to "hold her horses" and she looked at me and said, "Neeeiiiggghhh".
They also got in Bert and Becca's BRAND NEW pool. They were putting the water in as they were driving there! Matt said the water was freezing but Lilly would not get out.
Happy for a little extra pool time!
This handsome man missed his Mommy! (Not half as much as his mommy missed him--I can guarantee it!) He didn't let me out of his sight on Monday--I felt so loved. (Insert happy sigh here.)
They also had LOTS of fun at the park!
"Winging". Matt was great at sending me pictures to let me know what they were doing and that they were alright.
Sliding down the pole.
Climbing the stairs. This little climber managed to climb out of his crib today! I had to take the bumper out today and I am HOPING that will fix this little issue.
Man I love her!
I am so thankful for a husband that was willing (and actually forced me to go) to take care of our babies so I could have a fun girl's weekend with my lady family members. (c: I am also very thankful that his family was willing to help him chase our two VERY busy little ones. We are so blessed. Hopefully I can catch up on some blogging this week. We are so busy lately--we have something going on every day this week. It is part "ugh" but it is also nice to be able to do special things with the kids and our family too. I have also gotten really into "couponing" lately and that has eaten up some time but I am just really LOVING being able to stretch our family dollar! It also lets me show my husband that I respect how hard he is working for our money. Win, win, and win! Hope everyone has a great week!
