A Little Bit of Random

Well I have several random photos...so I am putting them all together for a random post. Awesome and handsome hubby has been making us pancakes on Saturday mornings. They are SO GOOD.

The kids gobble them up too.

Neither one of my children eat syrup on their pancakes. Lilly does like to dip hers in butter though. That girl is all about her bread and butter.

I got my hair cut a couple of weeks ago. I also bought my first thing of hair spray. I bought some mineral finishing spray or something like that too. I have always used mousse so now I use three products in my hair. I like to refer to this hairstyle as my high-maintenance hair-do. (:

Ever since the kids have become obsessed with Dora, I have gotten an abundance of cuddles and snuggles. And they have started speaking in Spanish. Ha! When we walk into Target now the kids yell "Abren" (open in Spanish) at the automatic doors. Then they get excited because they do, indeed, abren.

While I was getting my hair done (<----this statement is just so the family knows that I was not responsible for her when the incident happened), Lilly fell and hit some brick on the house. It looked HORRIBLE but she never complained about it at all! Trooper.

Reid has shocked and awed us all with his swimming skills this summer. He just doggy-paddles his cute little self all over the pool. While he is swimming he likes to say "I schwimmin'". He is such a little smartie. I can NOT believe he will turn 2 at the end of next month.

He hasn't fought naps or bed lately. (Well he has never really fought it...but he was going through a phase where we would say "bedtime" and he would run in the opposite direction and we would have to chase him down-ha!) Anyway, this week when I say "nap time" or "bed time" he just runs to his room and crawls up in the rocking chair.

These last pictures are from my phone and not high-quality. Reid got all the diapers out the other day, played with them for a while, and then stacked them in his chair and sat on them.

It's the little things in life!

Does anyone else feel like you need a special license to drive one of these things???

Over from Jenna's blog hop. Your family is precious! I love your hair! And I cannot drive those big old carts with the two seats! LOL

Stopping by from Jenna's - I love that you are calling your hair "High-Maintenance". I cannot imagine what you would think of my 5 products. And cart driving is hard. It just is.
